Rosell is the Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Financial Services and IT Risk Assurance Partner of PwC Philippines. She has more than 19 years of solid experience in internal audit, business process review, information systems audit and integrated audit with experiences in consulting and assurance engagements.

She also leads engagements for third party assurance reporting (SOC reviews), ISO 27001 gap assessments, controls assurance audits, IT audits, IT governance reviews, business process and controls review, operational risk management audits, fraud audits, internal control co-sourcing and outsourcing audits, IT risk and compliance assessments, among others.

Rosell received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, Cum Laude from the Divine Word College of Legazpi. She completed her Management Development Program at Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and the Building Value Course at the Ateneo Professional Schools. She has also completed the Business Analytics Program with Wharton Executive Education, University of Pennsylvania.

Rosell is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems and Control (CRISC), ISO 31000 Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified in COBIT 5 Foundation Level (CCOBIT 5F) and Certified in COBIT 5 Implementation (CCOBIT 5I).

Rosell is an active member of ISACA Manila Chapter’s Board of Trustees and of various professional organizations such as the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Philippine Institute of CPAs (PICPA), Institute of Internal Auditors Philippines (IIA-P), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners – Philippines (ACFE-P), among others.
