Lani is a Director of Deals and Corporate Finance in PwC Philippines and has over 15 years of combined audit and M&A advisory experience. She specializes in performing financial due diligence in various industries such as telecommunications, media & technology; retail & distribution; power & utilities; mining; manufacturing; food and beverage; leisure; and knowledge process outsourcing.

She is one of the firm’s data analytics champions, having performed deep-dive analytics on various companies which include one of the largest television networks in the Philippines, the third largest telecommunications company in the Philippines, a tech start-up that develops large-scale platforms and systems for online services and payments, a local independent fuel and oil distributor with more than 300 stations nationwide, and a listed Philippine retailer with over 3,500 stores operating in supermarkets, drugstores, department stores, convenience stores and specialty stores, among others.

Lani received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, from the University of Santo Tomas. She also completed the Asian Institute of Management’s 97th Management Development Program. She has also attended trainer courses in data analytics and tech enablement in PwC HongKong and PwC Tokyo.

Lani has conducted trainings and seminars on data analytics and financial management as well as written thought leadership articles in The Manila Times. Lani is also a Certified Public Accountant.
