Jade is the Data Analytics Partner and the Managing Partner of the Deals and Corporate Finance Group of PwC Philippines. She has over 20 years of experience in M&A advisory, business valuation, due diligence reviews, market and financial feasibility studies, project finance, and privatization.

Her industry experience covers technology, retail, food and beverage, business process and outsourcing, telecommunications, broadcast media and entertainment, manufacturing, power and energy, real estate & property, banking and financial services, infrastructure and utilities, healthcare and hospital services and education.

Jade is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has ranked 5th in the CPA Board Exams. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a Chartered Valuation Analyst. She holds a Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaii in Manoa and Japan – American Institute of Management Science. She also completed the Business Analytics: From Data to Insights program from Wharton Online Learning. Jade was recently a panelist in the general membership meeting of the Shareholders’ Association of the Philippines tackling the topic of fairness opinion and tender offer. She also presented in the 2nd Global Forum on Infrastructure Investment about “Creating value in infrastructure through advanced analytics”.

She contributes business-related articles in BusinessWorld and Manila Times and frequently conducts intangible assets valuation seminars with the Intellectual Property Office and other organizations.
